ROCKFORD (WIFR) — The Guilford High School teacher accused of shoving a student so hard he hit his head and suffered a concussion and a seizure has been found not guilty of all charges against him, including battery. Today a judge said his actions were necessary to keep other students and the school, safe.

I posted something on Facebook that said this:

“Personally, I see the kid probably being a sass and trying to walk in the opposite direction of the office and then I see a a grown man attack a high school student and then said student having a seizure. I really don’t care if this kid was the worst student at Guilford, no one has a right to attack anyone else like this.”
